Ordering your wedding stationery should feel exciting, not overwhelming. At Gilded Bee Stationery, we’ve created a thoughtfully curated process that gives you beautiful choices while keeping decisions simple.
Choose a design you love, personalize the details that matter, and we’ll guide your stationery from your first selection through final printing.
1. Find a Suite You Love
Explore our wedding collections and choose the design that feels right for your celebration.
2. Make It Your Own
Select from the customization options available with your chosen suite. Depending on the collection, these may include envelope and ink colors, premium paper selections, specialty printing, finishing details, and custom illustration.
Rather than overwhelming you with endless possibilities, we curate options that complement each design beautifully.

3. Place Your Order
To place your order, make your selections and provide the wording for your set or suite.
For wedding suites, this may include your names, wedding date and location, RSVP information, wedding website, and other details specific to your suite.
4. We Design Your Stationery
This is where we bring everything together.
Your stationery is personally prepared with careful attention to typography, spacing, balance, and the small details that make a design feel beautifully finished.
Once your design is ready, we’ll send you a digital proof to review.
5. Review and Approve Your Online Proof
Take your time reviewing names, dates, addresses, spelling, and all of the important details.
If changes are needed, simply let us know. Once everything looks just right, you’ll provide your final approval.
Nothing is printed until you approve it.
6. Print Process
After approval, your stationery moves into production. Depending on your collection and selections, your pieces may be digitally printed, letterpressed, foil stamped, embossed, die cut, or finished using a combination of specialty techniques.
7. Delivery
Your finished stationery is carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to become part of one of life’s most memorable celebrations.
